For Phildar, your strength as a company has always been the patterns, the styling/photography and yarn qualitiy last. Now that you have come through your restructure and streamline your product line, it is time to provide informed consumers like me better yarn base options than currently provided. I don’t want another yarn brand, another division within Phildar - the brand is superb! I just want better quality fibre options than currently provided. For this baby outfit, this is a gift for friend’s celebrating their first grandchild. She will wear this may 2 or 3 times before growing out of it. I was offered no other options for yarn qualities other than the wool/acrylic blend of the Super Baby, and my expectation was for at least a Phildar version of the popular “Cashmerino” blend of super soft extra fine merino - acrylic - cashmere OR a cashmere-silk-merino blend OR an alpaca-merino-acrylic blend. I hope your company expands slightly the yarn bases to include better quality natural fibres but please do not create a new brand or division for these. Keep it simple, just give us the options.
