Happywool is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with the European Directive (EU) 2019/882 on accessibility of products and services (European Accessibility Act), transposed into French law by law no. 2023-171 of March 9, 2023 and decree no. 2023-931 of October 9, 2023.

The website happywool.com is not yet compliant with the French RGAA (Référentiel Général d'Amélioration de l'Accessibilité) version 4.1.2. A full audit has not yet been conducted. Improvements are underway.
Multi-year accessibility plan
In accordance with regulations, Happywool is committed to developing a multi-year accessibility plan. This plan will detail the actions planned to achieve RGAA compliance, with a progressive implementation timeline.
Accessibility measures implemented
The following improvements have been implemented:
- Skip link to jump directly to the main content
- Visible focus indicator on all interactive elements for keyboard navigation
- Accessible accordions with keyboard support (Enter/Space) and ARIA attributes (aria-expanded, aria-controls)
- Modal dialogs with dialog role, aria-modal and Escape key to close
- Respect for the user preference for reduced motion (prefers-reduced-motion)
- Semantic HTML structure with appropriate elements (nav, main, footer, article)
- Language attribute dynamically set on each page according to the locale
- Explicit labels (label, aria-label) on all form fields
