What is Doufi?

Doufi has chosen knitting as a challenge, and the cuddly toy as a gift to support associations that help children suffering emotionally.
Knitting is not only creative but cross-generational; it feels good! Sometimes referred to as "Knit Therapy", knitting is a concentration activity, inducing a state similar to meditation and creative flow. It helps relax and reduce stress. As a sensory activity, knitting empowers the hands and improves fine motor skills in children. Stimulating for the brain and creativity, knitting also offers quickly measurable and visible results: a combination that boosts self-esteem and self-confidence.
The cuddly toy, because it provides comfort, tenderness, warmth, and everyday presence. For a child, it is an important object, a source of comfort that never opposes them. It's a faithful and reassuring companion, never abandoned.
